You understand that tipstrr.com is not a sportsbook/bookmaker and does not handle any payments for sports betting purposes. All statistics and data on the website is collated using hypothetical scenarios and figures. Values on the website hold no real or implied value - they do not have any redemption value.
Submission of Content
Tipstrr.com and the Services it provides enable Users to provide and/or upload content. This content includes (but not limited to) text, images and data (collectively, Content). This content is used by Tipstrr.com to help improve the overall Services of the platform. You agree that you are solely responsible for all content provided and/or uploaded; and any consequences of doing so.
You agree that We have permission to use content You provide to advertise or enhance our Site or Services. Tipstrr.com has no responsibility and no obligation to monitor any Content posted by users on the site, nor to monitor for relevance/appropriateness. Tipstrr.com retains the right to remove any Content deemed inappropriate, at any time.
Intellectual Property
All rights to tipstrr.com remain under the ownership of Tipstrr Ltd. These rights refer to the design, logos, site structure, images, video, buttons, data, content, technology, software, code and all other aspects of the website - excluding user Content.
By agreeing to these terms, you agree irrevocably that any suggestions for improvement that are subsequently implemented will become property of Tipstrr Ltd without compensation - financial or otherwise. Suggestions, ideas and concepts you share with Tipstrr Ltd are done so under your own free will. By using Tipstrr.com and its Services, you agree to give all rights to Tipstrr Ltd to tips provided using the system, and that Tipstrr Ltd may use or incorporate said results into the Site, Services or future versions thereof. We own any data generated by your use of the site (excluding your Content)
You agree to consider and treat all premium content provided to you as strictly confidential, until tipstrr.com makes said content publicly available. You therefore also agree not to directly or indirectly disclose all/part of the tips you receive to any third parties whatsoever, this includes but is not limited to posting the information on social media platforms, forums, media websites.
Some personal data may be desensitised and aggregated by Tipstrr to improve the performance of the website and the overall User experience by tailoring features to generic trends and behaviours.
User Accounts
User Membership
Anyone of legal age is permitted to create a user account on Tipstrr.com. All that is required is a valid email address, and an agreement to these Terms and Conditions. You are able to enhance your account using various tools provided on Tipstrr.com. This can help customise your experience, but it is not required.
Free Tipster Membership
Free membership is available to all members of the public above the legal age (check your own jurisdiction). As a free member, you can create a Tipster Portfolio; post picks/tips; compete in qualifying competitions and leaderboards; and follow the pages of other free users. As a free, user, you expressly grant permission to Tipstrr.com to display your content on our website, on social media and/or any other means. As a free member, you will get unrestricted access to our tip entry/monitoring services, but you will not receive any financial compensation for the content provided.
Premium Tipster Membership
Premium membership is available to all members of the public above legal age. As a premium member, you get the same privileges as a Free Tipster Member, plus the following:
- The ability to add a paywall to your profile page. You can select any membership pricing tier (which are compiled by Us to ensure a correct and fair pricing structure).
- Standard commission = 70%
- We have an ever growing affiliate network that work on bringing more customers to Tipstrr.com. When they refer users to the Tipstrr platform, they may earn a percentage of each referred sale. For these sales, premium tipsters will earn a 50% commission on net revenue. The split is as follows: Tipster (50%), Tipstrr (20%), Affiliate (30%).
Earnings made from subscriptions to your service(s) are paid on a pro-rata basis and added to your withdrawable earnings after the following time has elapsed: Individual Immediately upon purchase 1 Day After 24 hours 1 Week After 7 days 1 Month 1/4 available at the end of each week (£5 per week on a £20/month membership) 3 Months 1/13 available at the end of each week (£4 per week on a £52 /3 month membership) 6 Months 1/26 available at the end of each week (£5 per week on a £130 /6 month membership) 12 Months 1/52 available at the end of each week (£4 per week on a £208/year membership) - Your membership pricing tier can be changed at any point, this will not impact any previous payments or earnings made.
- To request a payment, your withdrawal must be above £50. Withdrawals will be processed within 3 business days of the request, and are limited to one per calendar month. Withdrawals under £50GBP can be requested by emailing [email protected], but a £5 admin fee will apply.
- In order to comply with anti money laundering regulations, we require proof of ID and proof of address for the first payment to a premium tipster (KYC - know your customer). Proof of ID can be a Passport, Driver's Licence or similar, whilst proof of address should be a recent utility bill or similar. Please email [email protected] with these documents when you make your first withdrawal request.
- Upon your first payment request, please also state the payment method and account information for how you'd like to be paid. Options can be found below.
- All payments will be calculated to the GBP equivalent, ie, if a user buys a membership that is £7.00/$10.00, and pays in USD, your earnings will be calculated at the GBP rate of £7.00.
- Commission payments can be made via PayPal, or Skrill. The User is liable for any transfer fees associated with their preferred withdrawal method.
Due diligence
Each tipster is responsible for their own tips, and should ensure the odds provided are accurate at the time of publish. Any odds errors found anywhere on the site should be noted, with details sent to [email protected]. Tipsters agree that they will not duplicate tips. We have built a standardised 1-10 unit staking plan so users can easily follow their favourite tipsters. The duplicate tip with the largest stake will remains, any duplicated tips will be removed.
Tipster Minimum Requirements
As a Premium Tipster, you must provide a reasonable level of service to paying subscribers. Failure to provide an average of 2 tips per week during a subscriber's membership, may result in a partial refund (based on a weekly pro-rata basis), this will be reflected in your earnings, in your admin area.
You must not use the site to advertise any other non-Tipstrr service. If any Tipster is found using Tipstrr to promote other services, or services that Tipstrr deems a competitior, we reserve the right to close the account.
Refunds - Subscribers
As a subscriber to one or more premium tipsters, you can expect a high level of service and an average of 2 tips per week. If your tipster doesn't provide such a service, then contact [email protected] as a partial refund may be available. Refunds can be backdated up to a maximum of 2 weeks.
Account Security
You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for your Tipstrr.com account. You agree that any information provided in your account to be true, current and completely accurate. Should any information change, you agree to update your account accordingly. You understand that you must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Your right to access Tipstrr.com is given to you personally, and is not transferable by you to any other entity.
If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or Profile Information, you must contact Tipstrr.com immediately by emailing [email protected]
Portfolio details
Please be aware that once you have created your tipster portfolio, the name and url for your portfolio cannot be changed.
There is a limit of 30 portfolios per user account.
Acceptable Use
You agree that will not provide Content on the Site, or use the Site, or use information from the Site that:
- contains software viruses of any kind, including but not limited to Trojan horses, spyware or malware.
- infringes or violates any third party's intellectual property
- is threatening, abusive, violent, malicious or harmful to any person, entity or company (including Tipstrr)
- invades the privacy of any person, entity or company
- impersonates Tipstrr Ltd, Tipstrr.com or any of their owners, employees or in any other way that misrepresents your relationship with Tipstrr.
- sells or leases any Services from the Site whatsoever.
- is harmful to minors in any way whatsoever, nor should it encourage minors to visit the site.
- uses manual or automated techniques to monitor or replicate the Site, or any content it contains.
- aids the unlawful distribution of copyrighted content.
- contains adult or pornographic Content
- promotes hate speech, racism, terrorism.
Liability
Tipstrr shall not be held accountable or liable to You or any User of the tipstrr.com website for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site. This includes, but is not limited to loss of business. Content provided by third parties on the Site that is used for events, markets, results and odds is published as it is when supplied to us. We are not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of this third party information. It is the responsibility of the User to take appropriate steps to verify this information before using it or acting upon it. We can not be deemed responsible for content of any third party website you visit when leaving our website via a link provided by Us or any other User and cannot be held liable for any loss or damages you incur as a result thereof. We will endeavour to maintain 100% uptime of the website. We shall not be held liable for any damage caused by site downtime due to unforeseen circumstances, site maintenance or otherwise. Tipstrr will not be liable for damages if any notifications of new content are missed by the User. You, the User must inform us if you believe a result has been recorded incorrectly. We cannot be held liable for such errors, but are able to amend any legitimate errors brought to our attention. Tipstrr's decision is final. Odds and results data come from a third party feed, we cannot be held responsible if the feed is incorrect or not available at any given time.
By agreeing to use our service, the User gives Tipstrr permission to use/collate any data entered by the User on this Site. The data will be used to monitor your performance, which will in future be used to show potential customers about how you perform month-by-month (and by any other period).
You certify to Tipstrr that You agree to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to legal fees, awards of damages, losses or costs that We may incur as a result of any claim made directly or indirectly based on the violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Miscellaneous
By using the Site, you imply that you agree to these Terms and conditions. The Terms of Service can be updated at any time. Whilst We will provide notification of any changes when possible, it remains the User's responsibility to keep up to date with any amendments to the terms of service. Continued use of the Site and/or Services will be deemed as acceptance of any amendments made. These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK Law. The courts of the UK shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise in connection with the performance of these Terms. The same applies to any issues with Site usage and/or any of the accessible areas of the Site.
Disclaimer of Warranties
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you expressly understand and agree to and accept that: (a) Your use of the service is at your sole risk (b) the service provided is on an “as is” and “as available” basis, © Tipstrr Ltd makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free (iii) the Results from these Services will be accurate or reliable (iv) any errors will be corrected (v) the quality of services, products, content or other material purchased or provided to you through the use of the Service will meet your expectations (d) no warranties will be created by information (written or otherwise) obtained by you from Tipstrr Ltd or the Service unless expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions. Cancellation or Termination of Service
Tipstrr Ltd reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of Tipstrr Ltd and can be made without any cost, charge or liability. Any notice termination will be sent to You via your registered account email address. Tipstrr also reserves the right to terminate any Service or portion of the Site at any time.
